Insurance Negotiations

There are times that we get into a job and realize there’s damage that wasn’t visible or recognizable during the initial inspection. When this occurs, we do add those details to send to your insurance company as well.

This will be part of the billing that they receive. Again, we provide them with the appropriate proof and documentation to justify the expense.

We will work directly with your insurance to negotiate a fair price for the services and repairs. The process will determine an agreed price for an agreed work scope between us and the insurance company. We won’t include additional unapproved work that is going to cost you out of pocket.

In the end, the goal is to effectively handle the necessary repairs and restoration and get all of them covered by the insurance loss claim, with your only out-of-pocket expense being your insurance claim deductible.

Legal Counsel

At times, insurance companies simply won’t budge. The fact of the matter is that you pay for your insurance coverage and they should be covering your claims when applicable.

It could become necessary to bring in legal counsel on your behalf in some cases. We have legal counsel in-house that can help you with this process.

Fire & Smoke Damage

Fire and smoke can both leave behind some extensive damage. This damage typically includes cleaning up and restoring from smoke or fire, as well as helping to remove smoke odors from the affected areas.

We have the proper equipment to clean up, restore, and eliminate the odors that smoke can leave behind.

Mold Removal

Mold is no joke. It should never be left to grow or fester. Mold should be handled before it begins when possible, but if it sneaks up on you, go ahead and give us a call. Our staff is trained and certified to safely remove mold and restore the location where the mold was present.

This includes containment, air ventilation, safe handling, removal and restoration, and cleaning and disinfection of the area.

Reconstruction

Reconstruction might be required after any type of damage, but also simply for remodeling purposes.

We are a licensed general contractor. When reconstruction is needed, whether from a structural loss or for other reasons, we’ve got your back. Let us handle those structural repairs for you
