Hearth works with more than 30 lenders to provide financing that will be the best fit for you. When you apply, they search their lenders for the optimal solution and the best rates, using a soft credit check process.

The application process is easy. They work with a variety of contractors just like us, so they are familiar with the needs and the processes to get your home taken care of.

With Hearth, financing becomes simple.

You will work directly with us as the contractor, and we work with Hearth to try to get you financed. We will do our best to find a customized payment plan that fits your needs.

Once we pick a payment plan, you complete a quick form online to get the financing process going. This initial request is a soft credit check and will not affect your score. During this pre-qualification process, we will pair you with lenders that fit.

From there, you can take a look at your lenders who match the pre-qualification review and select the loan that you prefer. Now, your application will be officially processed for approval. If you are approved, funding is often available as soon as 24 hours later.

Once you get your funding, we will invoice you so you can pay us for the funding you received.
