President Ralph Pokorny started Restoration Xperts in 1997, and we’ve been proudly serving the South Florida community ever since. Our team is trained and licensed in full-service general contracting. We specialize in water, fire, smoke, wind, and mold damage at both residential and commercial sites. Our facility in Deerfield Beach is 10,000 square feet. We have space for on-site contact cleaning, as well as restoration vaults.

Our team can be en route to you within 30 minutes, which means they can be on-site within 90 minutes in most South Florida cities.

Our emergency services cover everything you need. While we might not be able to restore the same day, we will take measures to protect your home or building in the meantime.

We can place emergency boards and roof tarps to help minimize loss and keep things secure until the work begins. We can remove water 24 hours a day. We can work on clean-up and then when it’s clear, we will take care of restoration and repairs as well!
